On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like to invite you to support the 9th GeneMappers Conference being held from Sunday 26^th to Wednesday 29^th August 2012, with the conference dinner being held Tuesday 28^th and the Wednesday being free for travel home.

The GeneMappers Conference runs every 18 months to 2 years with a strong presence of delegates nation-wide. 

Themes for abstracts include but are not limited to:

1.        Next generation sequencing strategies
2.        Statistical analysis of sequencing data
3.        Gene expression and functional genomics
4.        Population and evolutionary genetics
5.        Cancer and structural genomics
6.        Developing technologies & methodologies
7.        Genetic variation and complex traits

A debate will also be a feature of the program.
